Allow for two taxes to be active at one time

As an Organization, we need to be able to have two sales taxes listed on an invoice. It would be very helpful to be able to have two different taxes set up at one time.

We have been thoroughly enjoying Joinit and appreciate its functionality. However, we’ve encountered a challenge regarding the processing fees charged by Stripe.
Since GST is included in our membership fees, we currently have no mechanism to pass the processing fee onto our members. Ideally, we would like the GST to remain included in the membership fee as it is now, while also having the option to add a separate processing fee at checkout.
Alternatively, we would be open to Joinit exploring other third-party payment providers that offer credit card facilities, should this help mitigate the high fees charged by Stripe.  
We’d appreciate your guidance on how best to address this matter.

BUMP! Reviving this feature request as more organizations are requiring to add a GST/SALES Tax AND a Processing Fee to help offset the fees from Stripe/Join It.
