Allow Membership Types to automatically re-bill on a specific date

As an organization admin, I'd like to set up Membership Types to automatically re-bill on a future date.
For example, I want all of my Memberships to run for the calendar year and I want to be able to set up future membership payments to automatically re-bill on January 1st.
There's a similar setting that is available for Membership Types to expire on a specific date -- but it's only available if Memberships do not automatically re-bill.

Hello everyone!
Today, I'm excited to launch the ability for Membership Types to have a 'Fixed Expiration Date' (e.g. 31 Dec 2021)
and
be have automatic rebilling. :) For our existing customers, if you'd like, you can update your existing Membership Types with Fixed Expiration Dates to now be 'automatic rebilling' or 'optional rebilling'. These settings are a great way to reduce Membership churn.
