Allow the Automated Expiration and Confirmation type B emails to be set up per Membership type

Our Organization would like to be able to set up the automated Expiration emails per Membership type as we have a couple Membership types that we want to be able to to expire, but they don't need to receive an automated email about it. We also would like to set up the Confirmation Type B emails per Membership type as well as we don't want each Membership type getting it.
