Allowing members to 'Upgrade/Downgrade' Memberships

Hi team!
Today, I'm excited to announce that this feature is now "live" for all of our customers.
Now, members will have the option to 'Switch Membership Types' during their 'renewal'.
We're excited to ship this feature, which automates another task that was manual and painful for our customers. :)

Hello everyone!
We're currently working on this, so that members can select a different Membership Type when they 'renew' their memberships.
We're hoping to release this before January, ahead of a busy renewal season!

That works.Like most public radio stations, our members are often "upgrading" their membership. Usually a result of us begging for more new members. So the loyal members give more.

It would also be helpful if there was an option to just 'switch' Membership types, rather than only having the language of 'Upgrading or downgrading' their Memberships as some folks just need to switch over to a different Membership type.
