While the eventbrite - mailchimp integrations are great, they only sync one way. This means that people who have unsubscribed from us may still be in our Join It system, which could lead to unintentional unwanted communications if we send messages via the Join It messaging portal. This also means that people who do not want to hear from us are still being counted in our member total.

Line spacing in emails is too close together

We'd like to customize the email that is sent to members when they make a donation using the new Donation widget. Currently we don't how the email appears or what we want to relay in that email.

Our Organization would like to be able to send Emails to the Owner Email of a Group only. For instance the Renewal Reminder emails.

Attach a Receipt to the automated donation email. Currently it attaches an invoice when it should be a receipt for their donation. Additionally it should also include our Tax ID

Our organization would like to have an automated email sent when a member pays for an invoice (outside of renewals)

Since there is a template per membership type for automatic emails, it is time-consuming to update each individual automated email template per membership type. Would like the ability to bulk update the template for all membership types per automatic email.

It would be greate if the payment confirmation would include payment and the billing details, i.e. name, address, card type and last 4 digits. Stripe is capable of doing this as it does with other apps. This is what I wish JoinIt could do with dues payments, etc. Would save us a LOT of time.

As an organization, it will be helpful if the system automatically sends a notification email whenever an admin manually updates a member’s account. This ensures members are immediately informed of any changes, reduces the need for manual follow-up, and improves overall communication and transparency.
