Punch Pass with a certain number of entries allowed per membership type within their membership billing cycle.

Request for a black list to not allow a customer to sign up or reactivate their account

Update the email field label/placeholder on the donation widget from "Member email" to "Email address." This would make it clearer that donations can be made by anyone, not just existing members, and help reduce confusion for non-member donors.

A feature where it’ll show search results alphabetically among other sorting options. It will make the Directory look more organized

Our membership and organization use words from different languages (Hawaiian) and better support (and default font support) for an extended set of characters and diacritics would be awesome. Also, the bulk import process absolutely broke I assume because of these non-english characters!

It would be great to have a glossary of terms for Join it. Especially when you are new, it would eliminate having to search through all the articles to find the definition.

Get notified when a member leaves a comment. Currently we have to manually check every time for new comments. It would save us a lot of time if we got notified when a new comment is left. So that we can address it timely manner if needed.

Make Membership ID field REQUIRED when admin is adding member.

Unfortunately, at this time members will not automatically go down to the senior rate. That is something that would have to be done manually. Members on automatic rebilling can bypass this and we do not want that. ​
