We offer 10 membership types based on volunteer hours (up to 10 hrs/year) for renewal discounts — 5% off per hour worked, max 50%. Right now, we manually change the membership type when hours are submitted and reset it at renewal. It would be great to have a built-in way to track hours and automatically apply the correct discount or membership level.
