Feature Requests

As an Organization, we have a one-time payment that needs to be added onto the Membership type cost for the initial payment only.

We would like for there to be an automatic thank you note that can be edited for the new one-time donation feature.

Our Organization would benefit from Join It having a points rewards system.

Our organization would like to be able to edit the name of the Add on donation to something else like 'Add on payment'.

We'd like to charge a separate “flat fee” for processing that shows up as such on member receipts. (ie.$5) At this point, we are planning to add it to the membership fee. For the future, It would be great if there was a flat fee option. And a place to set the amount, with a notation that this is not the dues but rather a processing fee. This fee would appear on the dues payment/renewal confirmation that members receive along with the dues amount. There would also be a corresponding column in the payment export sheet that shows dues amount, processing fee and then the transaction fee.

As an Organization, we'd like to make it easy for our members to cover the cost of using an online system by defaulting the 'additional amount' to the Payment/Service fees. Our Organization would like to be able to accept ACH/Bank payments from our Members.

As an Organization, when I allow for members to use the 'Offline Payment' option -- I want to be able to add custom text / instructions for them to make their Offline Payment.
